Sea Ventures Palmas Dive Center is located in Palmas Del Mar, an upscale resort community in the Humacao region, on the SE coast of Puerto Rico. Here we have 35 dive sites in a 5-mile radius off the shore. Overhangs, caverns and tunnels perch in 55 feet of water along the 2 mile-long Basslet Reef System, where dolphins visit throughout the Spring season. The Cracks, a jigsaw of caves, alleyways, and boulders, hosts an abundance of goby cleaning stations and a numerous lobster hideouts. With visibility often exceeding 100 feet, The Reserve offers a clear look at a multitude of corals. At Islands in the Sand, divers float with nurse sharks and angelfish into a valley of swim-throughs and ledges.

For the experienced diver, Red Hog is the newest dive site in the area, with a panoramic wall that drops from 89 to 1,160 feet.

Diving on The Stadium begins at 65 feet, slowly tapering down to 120 feet through a forest of hard corals.

Spotted Drums, Hawksbill Turtles, Moray Eels and Roughtail Stingrays are the order of the day at beautiful Minerva - the dive site named for the Roman goddess of wisdom.
